• Basic technical information collected when you visit this website

How we use information

• To contact you on behalf of the brand you purchased from, about your order
• To answer questions, provide product guidance and coaching, and support your orders
• To send text messages you have opted in to receive, such as order updates and check-in reminders
• To monitor and review calls for quality and compliance
• To reply to messages you send us through this website
• To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations

Sharing

We share information with the brand on whose behalf we are working, and with service providers who support our operations, such as telephony, payment, and customer relationship platforms. Call recording

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance. Where required, you are notified at the start of the call.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, we may send recurring automated text messages such as order updates and check-in reminders. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling your coach, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing us. We honor these requests the same day. You may also request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and to the instructions of the brand that holds the customer relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
