Not a support ticket. Not a chatbot. A trained coach who confirms the order, checks that the guides and materials arrived, answers questions, and helps you get the most from what you bought.
We work as one accountable team across every brand we support. That is why we operate under one name, Wellness Coaching Department, so you always know who is calling and why, and so every conversation is held to the same standard of care.

- Every call is recorded and reviewed against a written standard
- Coaching happens daily, on real calls, not in a classroom
- Requests to stop contact are honored the same day
