Case study · Supplements · Online funnels
$524K in new sales from customers they already had.
A supplement brand selling through online funnels added a Wellness Coaching Department team on top of its existing traffic. Three months of results, August to October 2026, with the client's name and products removed.
The order
Same customers. Three times the order.
Average online order. About 8,900 orders from August to October.
Average order closed by one of our coaches on the phone. 490 orders in the same three months.
3.2x the online order, and 88% of phone buyers (413 of 469) had already ordered online.
The ramp
From pilot to $300K a month.
August was a pilot. By October the team was producing more than $300,000 in net phone sales a month, without a dollar of extra ad spend.
What we built
A sales and wellness program on top of the brand's traffic.
Nearly 9 in 10 phone buyers had already ordered online. The brand did not spend more on ads to make this money. We turned one-time buyers into repeat customers who spend three times more per order.
- Wellness consultation. Every buyer is invited to a free call with a specialist coach, with automatic reminders.
- Phone sales team. Our coaches take those calls and offer the right package for each customer.
- Included content. Video courses and guides delivered with each order give buyers a reason to stay.
- Coaching programs. Accountability, lifestyle, and VIP plans from $299 to $3,500, sold by phone.
- Commission tracking. Every sale is split automatically between the brand, our team, and partners, to the cent.
Inside one month: September
A buyer who spent $471 online spent $1,880 by the time we hung up.
For the 139 September phone buyers we can tie back to their original online order, here is what the same person spent in each place.
A customer who takes the call is worth $1,880, against the $341 an ordinary web customer spent that month: 5.5 times more. Three quarters of that money did not exist until a coach picked up the phone.
Every lead, accounted for
3,165 leads. One disposition each. Nothing hidden.
Most case studies show you the winners. Here is the whole month of September, including the leads that went nowhere and the ones we did not get to.
Leads created 1 to 30 September. One lead per checkout session. We reached 91% of them.
Conversion, three honest ways
We quote the middle number.
The other two are here so you can check it.
159 of 3,165
159 of 2,867. Excludes 298 never worked.
159 of 2,643. Also excludes 224 still open.
The surprise in the data
The biggest online buyers turned out to be the best phone prospects.
The original plan skipped anyone who had just bought a 6 or 12 bottle package, on the theory that they were already stocked up. The team called them anyway. Almost all the phone revenue came from that group.
149 phone sales from 2,401 leads, worth $198,170. This one group produced 94% of every phone sale in the month.
10 phone sales from 764 leads, worth $13,300. Nearly a quarter of the list, and 6% of the result.
Had we followed the original instruction and skipped that segment, this case study would be about $13,300. Finding this is the difference between renting a phone room and running a sales operation that reads its own data.
How the order gets built
Eleven coaches, selling the whole line, fast.
Products per phone order
A web order is one product. On the call, coaches build a protocol out of several.
Closed within 3 days
Median lead to sale is under a day, while the online purchase is still fresh.
Revenue per coach, per month
14.5 closed orders each. The account scales by adding seats, not by changing the offer.
Revenue per lead called
Every lead the brand routes to us carries this much expected revenue.
What we left on the table
September ran at 91% coverage, not 100%.
298 leads were never called and 224 were still open on the 30th. At the rate the called leads converted, that unworked pile was worth roughly $38,503: about 29 more sales. Capacity is the constraint, not the offer. The same month at full coverage lands near $251,000.

How we counted
Where every number came from.
Source
Order, lead, and disposition records exported from the client's CRM, August to October 2026. Test orders are excluded, and net figures subtract refunds and chargebacks.
Web revenue
Every online funnel order, deduplicated by order ID, web upsells included. About 8,900 orders across the three months.
Phone revenue
Completed orders closed by Wellness Coaching Department coaches: 490 orders, $557,328 gross, $524,221 net. Declined card attempts are not counted.
Before and after
We hold no data from before the phone team joined. "Before" is the web funnel on its own. "After" adds what the phone team sold to those same customers in the same period.

We will tell you what we think they are worth before you commit to anything, and we will show you the arithmetic.
